As the Co-Director of the STAGE AGENCY at AYR, Dolores oversees a team of Stage Agents and Strategists who help thought leaders, experts and business owners advance their reach by speaking on stages. Dolores is also a writer, TEDx Organizer, and CTI certified and ICF accredited coach with a business degree from the Universidad de San Andrés, Argentina.
