On SYS episode 01, I’m telling the story of how Shift Your Spirits came to be. Back in 2002, over the course of a few months, my seemingly "ideal" life was systematically ripped away from me. I crawled out of the wreckage by listening to the voices of spirits and angels who were communicating with me.
