Birdsong

Robert Mueller, the special counsel in the Russia probe, has impaneled a grand jury as part of his investigation into the Russian interference in the Presidential election. Our own Professor Birdsong has spent time in the Washington DC court system, and will explain what this means, and what the Grand Jury is supposed to do.
