Disabled Surfing is all about putting Smiles on Dials! * Disabled Surfers Association Ocean Grove * has been doing so since 2009. This week we talked with Committee Members Abraham Papp, Pam and Ray Lawrance as well as Grant Lawrance who is one of the surfers. Noah Papp supported his Dad!
