"Physical Imbalances Caused By Emotional Pain: Judged Or Supported, Determined By Physical Expression." In this recording I discuss how emotional pains become physical illness and the manner in which we express our emotions, determine the form of the problem we might get physically. People who express their emotions well, tend to externalize their physical issues, while people who hold their feelings in, tend to internalize their ill health. I also touch on the fact that it's easy to judge others who seem to have obvious physical problems, but the hidden issues inside the body are excused more because the person looks well presented.
