Prioritise Your Sleep Time In order to heal the sleep problems you could be having, try to do all you can to take control of the elements of your life that you can actually take control of. I suggest to prioritise a wind down time and a sleep time. There might be things you miss out on by needing to sleep by a certain time, sure, you might feel very anti social, but do your friends care how tired you really are and will they change their plans accordingly? Look after you and respect your energy and your time. Commit to a sleep time and plan all other things around it.
