How To Meditate At Home Part 4: I Am This is the third of three components of the meditation I discussed in part 1 and 2. Firstly I talked about breathing, inhaling through your nose, exhaling through your mouth. Secondly I talked about adding a focus on your heart space. Now, to add the last component which is a repeat of the words "I Am" over and over silently in your mind. This meditation helps to remove conditioning which restricts the essential you, which is truth, power, light and love. This meditation brings all good things to you, helps you to have faith in yourself and life and aligns you with your purpose in this life.
