The Walking Sun Glancing Meditation This is a walking meditation, preferably done near when the sun is rising or setting, because the walking meditation involves you looking at the sun. I'm only suggesting taking a second or a two second glance at the sun, intermittently, while you walk. Light heals and sunlight heals. Looking at the sun on and off while you walk will help your chakras and glands heal. Why does this matter? Your chakras and glands are linked to your body and emotions. You will slowly heal physically and emotionally, the more you do this walking sun glancing meditation.
