How to meditate at home part 2, directly leads from part 1. In part 1, I focused on your breathing, stomach breathing, in through nose, out through mouth. Now adding this second part of a heart focus and attention to that area. Heart focus will help you be in the moment, in the present, increases centredness and peace. Peace is achievable because you're not in your head. Sleep problems will improve! Try it for 1 or 10 minutes a day.
