Turkcell needed a fast solution to stop fraud with pre-paid phone cards. Off loading data to an external cluster for analysis was leaving too long a window for fraud. They kept the data in the database and used Oracle Advanced Analytics to do the analysis, resulting in a 4 hour reduction in detection times.
