Not only is learning from those more experienced than you important, but the other high valued part of your journey should be action. Putting in to place a set of activity consistently in order to practice what you've learned is the only real way you can measure your success.  We can drown ourselves in information, absorbing books, podcasts, videos, courses, and so on. There is no shortage of information at your disposal. But, be careful not to over consume.  Experience, by actually taking action on what you've learned, is the best teacher. And if you block off time in your schedule for just that, you'll become unstoppable.
