All audiences are not equal. The followers you have on Twitter, the 'Fans' on Facebook, your YouTube Subscribers...they must be treated separately.  The engagement on Twitter and the voice is entirely different than that on Facebook. In fact, someone who engages on Twitter will do so differently than on youTube...and the expectation of content is not the same across platforms.  Listen to your audience, engage within the context of the network.
