His speeches, lectures, and seminars aim to present topics such as student motivation, diversity education and leadership development in an engaging and exciting format. Birdine is the author of A Common Sense Approach To Retaining Students of Color. He was recognized as one of the 100 most influential Blacks in the US four years in a row by Ebony Magazine.
