Anxiety can wreck your joy. 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us that we are to give our burdens to the Lord... easier said than done, right? I think our perspective can help, to understand what matters, what has meaning as said in Ecclesiastes. When we have a firm grasp on the things that actually matter (relationship with God and relationship with others) why be concerned with the things that don't? Ecclesiastes 11:10 "So then, banish anxiety from your heart and cast off the troubles of your body..." Ecclesiastes 12:13 "Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind."
