I describe some of the struggles I had as a young pastor in ministry. Looking back I really didn't have the maturity to handle the dose of apathy I was witnessing regarding the mission at hand. I started to think, how many actually believe what we all say we believe? On the other hand, I was extremely blessed to have had my ministry experience, I have had many people pour into me and make me a better disciple for it! How do we appear to others? The Apostle Paul had been accused of insanity. Acts 26:24-25 "At this point, Festus interrupted Paul’s defense. “You are out of your mind, Paul!” he shouted. “Your great learning is driving you insane.” “I am not insane, most excellent Festus,” Paul replied. “What I am saying is true and reasonable" Ultimately, living the life we are called to live will make us look insane, at least to some degree. The apostle Paul was accused of insanity when preaching the truth. Give Jesus your heart, give Him your life, not just what is convenient.
