/div> Johnny "Jay Lo" Loper of Olive Branch, MS has established himself as a fitness expert who recognizes the importance of a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Johnny was born in Waynesboro, MS in 1976 and established his love for fitness and conditioning by participating in four different sports during his high school years. He earned All-State, All-District, and All-Conference honors in football and baseball. After graduating Wayne County High School in 1995, he received a football scholarship to attend South Carolina State University. He graduated SCSU with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management while also twice achieving All Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference honors on the football field. After playing three years of professional football in the Arena Football League, Johnny decided to follow his God-given purpose and passion of helping others achieve their goals through physical fitness.
