Legatum Institute Foundation

Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, gave a rousing speech to launch the Legatum Institute's new Vision of Capitalism project. In his talk, Johnson claimed it is time to "reclaim capitalism as a moral force". Johnson was introduced by the Legatum Institute's Tim Montgomerie. The Vision of Capitalism, led by Montgomerie, will deliver an agenda for restoring faith in the free market.
