As part of its History of Capitalism series, the Legatum Institute hosted a seminar on the Great Depression of the 1930s. In this short interview, the Legatum Institute's Stephen Clarke challenges the speakers on the policies of the British Government in the aftermath of the Wall Street Crash and asks the big question: Did Britain really experience a 'great depression'?
