This episode walks you through how to do a Warrior 1 pose.  Before you start this episode, make sure you have enough space around you to lunge and lift your arms above your head. You can use a chair to help you balance if you need extra support. This episode also goes into detail about how to do the warrior 1. Refer back to this episode whenever you need a refresher. Warrior 1 is a great pose for finding extension and strength through your body. Give yourself permission to expand into your energy. Follow your breath through this practice and you'll do well.
