What does maturity even mean? And how do you grow in maturity? Those questions sparked a conversation for us and it lead to us diving into both maturity and self confidence. We discussed what characteristics we think build maturity and self confidence in an individual, in a relationship, socially, and at work. We share what drives our own self confidence and had a great conversation about why it is so important to identify your shortcomings and work on yourself.
