There's actually good things happening in Alabama. Join us as we interview Scott Hughes of the Department of Environmental Mangament for the State of Alabama. Scott Hughes currently serves as the Chief of the ADEM Office of External Affairs.  Mr. Hughes is responsible for the coordination of all media efforts as well as the publication of the ADEM Annual Report, the ADEM Update Newsletter, and the ADEM Insider Newsletter.  In addition, Mr. Hughes oversees the administration of the Section 319 Nonpoint Source Pollution Program within ADEM.
