The Tactical Kitchen Show

We just rolled in from Austin! But before we start unpacking our stuff or workout, we want to unpack a little information for you guys! There was a LOT going on at KetoCon and this was our very first time to go. We plan to make it a yearly habit. This community is so special and amazing. You can only imagine what happens when you get a huge group of people together who are firing on all cylinders because they're eating a nutrient dense, species appropriate, fat fueled, real food diet!
