Gullah/geechee Nation

Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation (www.QueenQuet.com) focuses on the women freedom fighters of the Underground in honor of Women's Herstory Month.  Queen Quet is the Gullah/Geechee Consultant for Season 2 of WGN's "Underground."  She also was part of the national team that brought about the existence of the "Underground Railroad Network to Freedom."  She has traveled with her production, "The Underground Railroad: A Geechee Girl's Escape."  In this episode of Gullah/Geechee Riddim Radio in honor of Women's Herstory Month, she will focus on the women of Underground past and present as she honors the legacy of the warrioress freedom fighters.
