For the past year I have really enjoyed something that as a younger man I hated, and never could understand other people enjoying. Crazy thing is that now I get it, and I love it. I started off running 1 mile. And today 10 months later after steady incremental growth I am now jogging (pause) 1.2 miles. (I’m kidding) Just a little more, 3.6. Definitely nothing to brag about.
