Following someone else’s rules / plan isn’t necessarily going to help you move forward to balance. Someone else’s plan DOESN’T take into account how you feel on a daily basis, what foods give you fuel, your cravings and your lifestyle! Especially if you’re working on eating intuitively/listening to your body — you must determine what’s going to be best for you in order to get there. Get really clear on that so that way when you’re looking at what others are doing you aren’t tempted to jump on that train and push your progress backwards (but if that does happen, it’s okay — you’re human)!
