Taught by her Mother and as a student-athlete at the University of New Hampshire, Joanna Kinsman studied entrepreneurship, after which she took to work in fashion and fitness in Boston. In 2008 she moved to San Diego she happened upon the digital marketing industry of entrepreneurs, leading her to start a business of her own. Joanna’s swimwear line, Kinsman Swim, launched in 2011 and shortly after, she moved to Los Angeles to build the brand. She established relationships with companies and individuals in all areas of the fashion and marketing industries. After just three years, Joanna had the incredible fortune of being invited to show at LA Fashion Week. This was a huge honor for her! She has shown in three consecutive seasons since, and has the satisfaction of completing each indescribable collection. Now, she enjoys being able to assist others to give life to their designs. With an abundance of industry contacts, and years of experience, she began mentoring and consulting designers to launch their lines.
