Our guest today, Mirela Borsan, is a Leadership Development Coach And Trainer with a unique background.  Mirela recently retired after 8 years in a top leadership position within a police department.  Her passion is to help others succeed. Mirela teaches new leaders/first time supervisors the necessary leadership skills to become effective while being inspirational and motivational to their team.
