When we find ourselves down, we need to be honest about where we're at with God and with our friends. Then we need to lift our eyes off ourself and toward Jesus so that we put our hope in God. Remember that it's ok to be down and it's ok to be honest about it with God—but it's not ok to stay there! Put your hope in God!
