Last episode Genevieve De Michele took over the podcast for a frank and fearless conversation around women and gender diversity in engineering for International Women's Day. Genevieve is a civil construction engineer working as a consultant transport adviser at TMR as well as developing leadership programs at QUT.Today she speaks about how she navigated high school influences to decide on engineering, some of her early career adventures including working on a fly in fly out roster as well as her passion for encouraging strong mental health initiatives in this industry.
