A former member of the Light Dragoons had to abandon his attempt to climb Mount Everest to save the life of an Indian woman falling off the mountain. Leslie Binns has been telling Chris Kaye how he rugby tackled Sunita as she slipped down the cliff after suffering frost bite & fluid on the brain. On the decent, Les then discovered another climber in trouble and attempted rescue him too. But, all three of them got into trouble and began sliding uncontrollably down the mountain.
