Mr. Frazier serves as the President of Georgia Oak Partners, spearheading the firm's external communications as well as leading organizational diligence on prospective investments. Mr. Frazier has spent his entire 35-year professional career as an executive manager in the for-profit, not-for-profit and government sectors of the U.S. economy. His career has included extensive involvement with corporate and consumer lending, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, strategic planning, corporate governance, human resource management, and marketing. Alex Gregory began his career with YKK America Group in 1973 when he joined YKK Industries—now YKK (U.S.A.) Inc. (YKK USA)—as one of its first American employees. At the Company's then-new Macon manufacturing operation, he held positions of increasing responsibilities—first as manager of the weaving department, then as assistant vice president of manufacturing, and later as vice president and senior vice president of manufacturing.
