Jeremiah 45:5 - We have, by the grace of God, been considering as our theme for this year, “Divine Elevation” (Psalms 75:6-7). There are many areas of life in which people seek elevation. These include marriage, child-bearing, study, work, and business. The unbeliever, who is without any relationship with God because he has not repented from his sin and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Saviour, looks to himself or others for elevation but is always disappointed at the end (Jeremiah 17:5-6).
