 Marty is the Founder of Elite Sports Performance #ESP as well as a very decorated career in the AFL and with the Malaysian Cycling Team. He was at the Collingwood AFL Football Club for 10 years as the Strength Program Coordinator and was apart of their 2010 Premiership. He held the same position with the Malaysian Cycling team that went on to win a gold medal at the world championships and an Olympic Bronze in Rio.
