   Most of the time failures and irrevocable disastrous situations stem from people with a habit of making excuses, justifying mistakes and blaming someone else. Eleanor Roosevelt said something that really drives this home for me “In the long run, we shape our lives, and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility”.
