What changes are you trying to create on your life? If you don't know what areas of your life you want to master, you're going to be spinning your wheels because the last thing you want to do is create a do to list on activities that isn't going to produce results. The second thing you need to do is create a small achievable goal. This will allow you to improve daily and see yourself moving closer to your goal.
