Man chases woman, woman catches. As human nature this has always been a culture that has been pushed on. Women typically wait for men to make the first move, and when they do not the quick assumption is the man isn't interested in the woman. This bears a lot of for the types of men out there in the world. There are some cases where a woman would make the first move, but ultimately the Man should make and effort to lead and make moves, or the relationship would come to an end.
