If you're like most people, you probably think of words like, "boring" and "self-righteous." The Bible tells us, though, that holiness is anything but boring, and it is definitely not self-righteous. Instead, holiness means that we are reserved for a special purpose, to know and to represent the character of God. Nothing could be more important, and nothing is more difficult to do! How can we be holy people when the world around us, and even our own hearts, are full of sin and rebellion?
