Jorge Rubio joined us once again to talk about what's happening in the the world of cannabis legalization in Mexico.  With COVID-19 having an effect on the Mexican Parliament, the bill to legalize cannabis has been delayed.  Jorge also talks about some of the regulations within that bill that will have an effect consumers, patients & business as well.
