The Lord gave me a simple definition in understanding how to live a life of faith. I was given this understanding; ‘Faith is believing; believing is accepting, accepting is receiving and receiving is what we will do when we have faith in accepting God’s word (lit… taking God at His word), which enables us to receive God’s promises.’ You see, many have religion, but no faith, a creed, but no belief; they do not really and actively trust God. Why? Most don't understand faith, and it doesn’t make sense to believe (act upon) something you don’t understand. Yet we must realize, faith is believing when common sense tells you not to. Faith is the principle of life by which we live unto God, the principle of motion by which we walk the road to heaven and the principle of strength by which we oppose the flesh, the world and the devil. Yet this is where the struggle begins, because faith makes things possible; it does not make them easy. Faith is the hardest act to comprehend but the only thing that God accepts. Join u
