However this week we are mixing it up and focusing in on serious home-ownerships fun loving BFF aka buying a condo. There are a lot of reasons to own a condo, they make a great entry property into a certain areas and neighborhoods, they can pull double duty as a vacation property and Air B&B the rest of the year, or they are just a good solid option if live a smaller lifestyle and don't want the trouble of a house. All of that being said there are still some common mistakes that come with the territory and we (and by we I mean Brennen) are going to do our best to prep you for the potential pitfalls that come with this kind of purchase.  As always if we missed anything, or you have more q
