He played NCAA Division I basketball for the University of Illinois. After graduation Freeman decided to trade his NBA dreams for an MBA in Marketing and MIS from his alma mater. IBM recruited Freeman out of the Masters program to become part of their international marketing and business development team. While In Atlanta a friend coaxed Freeman into auditioning for All My Children’s Sexiest Man in America. Freeman made the final five. From there Freeman moved to LA and landed roles in All of My Children, Days of our Lives, General Hospital and Samantha Who. He also guest starred on television in CSI, NCIS, ER, In Justice.
