First off, there's a new 5-issue comic book mini-series coming out in July from Lion Forge Comics, entitled Voltron: Legendary Defender, which is a story supplement to the DreamWorks Animation show, and it's written by Story Editor Tim Hedrick and episode writer Mitch Iverson.
