We can do our best to clean up our world and leave it better than we found it. We can do this in our own small ways. Clearing out and decluttering your environment can help your mind feel more organized. Inversely, when your mind is clear, the chaos of your external environment may not disturb you as much. Meditation is a way to clarify your mind, just as your physical body benefits from clean water, sleep and fresh food. Sa ta na ma meditation is known as the garbage cleaner of the subconscious mind.
