The Pro-XR bat has a grip technology that helps athletes achieve their most powerful swing while preventing injury. Grady worked to achieve a patented design of an angled knob that works with the batters' hands to increase coverage, protection, precision and power.  In this episode: Grady talks about how a near accident in his own back yard drove him to make a 'better', more safe wooden baseball bat.
