She says that discipline is highly overrated. Beth doesn't think that discipline is bad. If you want the chips and queso eat them with friends. But, if you are eating an entire bag of chips by yourself or downing a bottle of wine by yourself, rethink your dopamine release. There's moderation in all things. Have a positive thought with your goals. Also, set reasonable goals by planning a cheat day or considering a day that you may "mess up" your cheat day. Not everything is going to be fun. But,
