I will be interviewing Najwa Hirn for Book Talk Radio Club in 25 minutes at www.booktalkradio.info. Najwa is the author of A Micro Preemie Named Alex. In 1998, Najwa's special needs daughter Alexandra was born at 27 weeks gestation, weighing only 12 ounces (349 grams) and measuring 8 inches in length. This is a journal of Alex’s NICU journey and how her family survived the seven months hospitalisation.
