Testicular cancer is a disease in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the tissues of one or both testicles.Possible signs of testicular cancer include swelling or discomfort in the scrotum.These and other symptoms may be caused by testicular cancer. Other conditions may cause the same symptoms.
