Every day, we have the chance to put someone else first and flip their day upside down. After all, Jesus turned everything upside down. He can help us choose humility and give up what we think we deserve. This Sunday we will be diving into the Easter story! Your child will learn the basics of the Crucifixion story and how this relates to our lives today. We will find out how Jesus turned the story upside down when the tomb was empty on that third day! River Kids is devoted to bringing the gospel to kids in all ways, shapes, and forms. Today we will learn God’s truth through worship, communication, and prayer! We’ll learn more about the Easter story and how Jesus chose to put US first! Today’s story comes from John 18:12-23! Today your children will learn that “humility is putting others first by giving up what you think you deserve!”
