I discovered RespectfulWorkplace.com, a site 201Cdevoted entirely to fostering awareness and providing resources for creating more respect in the workplace201D in early 2009. When I learned that the new site was looking for contributors, I jumped at the chance to become involved. I contacted Melanie Sklarz, web content coordinator, the conversation started, and I2019ve been a regular contributor ever since.
