Halloween’s Horrible History - Everybody knows that Halloween these days is about dressing up as a slutty nurse, watching painfully bad monochromatic monster movies on TV, and hydrocephalic children getting rocks in their candy bag. But we’re going to set the Wayback Machine for the origins of Halloween and play a little quiz game where we learn about everybody’s favorite holiday. Shopping for Creepy Pasta -  Perhaps no mode of information distribution has benefitted the spooky atmosphere of Halloween more than the internet. Where once we had chain letters, campfire stories, and unsettling old men peering at us suspiciously from behind age-yellowed drapes, now we have creepypasta, Youtube ghost videos and unsettling men of all ages at peering at us from their webcams. We’ll each pick a favorite or most disturbing bit of creepypasta from the trove of self-proclaimed memes in which the internet is swimming and then discuss some runners up.
